Athletic Overuse Problems

Overuse injuries develop over time and can sideline athletes when left unaddressed. These conditions often result from training errors, biomechanical inefficiencies, or insufficient recovery.

We treat a wide range of overuse issues, including tendinopathies, stress reactions, and muscular fatigue syndromes. Treatment involves a detailed movement assessment, correction of faulty mechanics through neuromuscular re-education, and a progressive rehabilitation program including mobility activities, progressive resistance training, metabolic retraining, agility drills, and sport-specific movement preparation in order to achieve an optimal outcome.
