As healing progresses, our therapists use therapeutic exercise, isometric and resistance training, and movement retraining to rebuild strength and function. In more advanced phases, if your goals include return to competitive sport or high-level activities, then you will progress into running, hopping, jumping and multi-directional movement activities.  Return-to-activity progression is tailored to your lifestyle or sport.
