Brittany Kilduff is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy, having received her degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF). She holds prestigious APTA Board certifications as a Sports Clinical Specialist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, demonstrating her advanced expertise and commitment to excellence in both sports and orthopedic physical therapy. In addition, Brittany is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), further enhancing her proficiency in integrating strength training principles into her practice.

Brittany’s academic journey began at Tennessee Wesleyan University, where she excelled as a collegiate softball pitcher, earning her Bachelor’s degree. Outside of her professional work, she values spending quality time with her family and friends and remains dedicated to keeping up with the latest research and practice guidelines to ensure her methods are current and evidence-based.

Her passion for fitness extends into her personal life, where she enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid participant in CrossFit. This dedication to an active lifestyle not only enriches her own life but also strengthens her ability to motivate and guide her clients toward achieving their health and performance goals.
