Johnny is a dedicated and accomplished physical therapist who graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences – Pre-Clinical in 2015 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. As an ABPTS board-certified Sports Physical Therapist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, Johnny brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice.
Outside of his professional work, Johnny continues to enjoy playing sports and staying active. He is committed to leading by example, living an active lifestyle that aligns with the principles he teaches his patients. In his free time, Johnny loves spending quality time with his wife and son, sharing his passion for activity and well-being with his family.
Johnny is dedicated to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of the physical therapy field. He regularly attends professional development courses and keeps up with the latest research to ensure that his patients benefit from the most effective and innovative treatment methods. Dr. Crowell earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, where she built a strong foundation in sports medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, where she was actively involved in campus sports and played flag football. With a background in competitive swimming from her high school years, Dr. Crowell brings a lifelong dedication to fitness and movement. Outside of work, she enjoys running, weightlifting, rock climbing, and spending time with her family and dog.

Kayla Parker
Kayla Parker is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with over three years of specialized experience in outpatient orthopedics. She holds a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated in 2017 and actively engaged in intramural sports and club softball. Kayla furthered her expertise by completing the PTA program at Seminole State College in 2020.
In addition to her clinical work, Kayla has spent two and a half years as a Clinical Lab Assistant for the PTA program at Seminole State College, where she has contributed to the education and training of future physical therapy professionals. Her lifelong passion for sports, evident from her early years, led her to excel in volleyball, basketball, and softball. This athletic background has endowed her with a profound understanding of sports-related injuries and the nuances of effective rehabilitation.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Kayla is a devoted Atlanta Braves fan. Outside her professional commitments, she enjoys staying active through exercise and spending quality time with family and friends. Kayla’s blend of experience and enthusiasm for enhancing others’ well-being makes her a valued and integral member of our team.

Dr. Nate Rotenberger
Dr. Nate Rotenberger is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Orlando Sports Medicine in Altamonte Springs, where he has been making a significant impact in his first year with the OSM team. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida (UCF), following his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at Piedmont University, where he also distinguished himself as a college baseball player.
During his academic journey, Dr. Rotenberger gained valuable experience through clinical rotations at prestigious institutions, including Orlando Health, Emory Healthcare, and HCA, where he had the opportunity to shadow and work alongside orthopedic surgeons, fellow physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to help deepen his understanding of advanced orthopedic care.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Nate Rotenberger is passionate about sports and staying active as he enjoys baseball, golf, weightlifting, beach volleyball, pickleball, and soccer. He also values quality time with family and friends, which he believes is essential for maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.
