Lauren Aymat

Lauren Aymat, MS, LAT, ATC, is a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer. She holds advanced degrees from Troy University and the University of Central Florida, where she developed a solid foundation in sports medicine and athletic training.

Lauren’s professional expertise lies in enhancing athletic performance and ensuring the health and safety of athletes. Her comprehensive skills in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery are supported by her commitment to evidence-based practices. She strives to deliver personalized care and strategic insights that help athletes achieve their optimal performance while minimizing downtime.

Throughout her career, Lauren has worked with various teams and individual athletes, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs. Her holistic and individualized approach ensures that each athlete receives the best possible care.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys spending time at the beach, reading books, engaging in physical activities, watching football, and socializing with friends. These activities offer her relaxation and inspiration, balancing her professional and personal interests.

Lauren remains passionate about advancing the field of athletic training and staying informed about the latest developments in sports medicine.

Dr. Gabriella Armor

Dr. Gabriella Armor is a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer who takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned both her undergraduate Bachelors in Athletic Training in 2016 and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021, Dr. Armor has extensive experience in sports medicine, including working with UCF collegiate athletics. She holds a certification in pelvic floor physical therapy and integrates her expertise in physical therapy, athletic training, and yoga to help clients achieve their health and functional goals.

Outside of her professional practice, Dr. Armor enjoys spending time with her dog Basil, staying active adventuring in the outdoors, and singing along to music every chance she gets. She is passionate about guiding her clients toward optimal health and wellness through personalized care and education.

Dr. Eric Greeno

Eric Greeno is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with extensive qualifications and a deep commitment to helping his patients achieve peak physical health. He is an ABPTS board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Eric holds a Bachelor of Health Education from Florida International University (FIU), a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida (UF), and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University.

With clinical interests in orthopedics, sports medicine, clinical isokinetics, biomechanics, running medicine, and adolescent sports-related injuries, Eric brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. He is dedicated to providing personalized care that helps patients recover from injuries, improve their physical performance, and prevent future issues. His approach is rooted in the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care.

Eric’s patient-centered philosophy drives him to understand the unique needs and goals of each individual, crafting treatment plans that promote healing, enhance function, and improve quality of life.

Outside of his professional work, Eric enjoys a variety of activities, including reading, fishing, working out, watching sports, cooking, and spending quality time with his family. He is married to his wife Stacy, a pediatric Occupational Therapist, and together they have three children—Jack, Benjamin, and Ellie—who keep their lives full of joy and adventure. Eric’s dedication to an active lifestyle and his commitment to health and wellness extends beyond the clinic, inspiring others to embrace healthy living.

Dr. Brittany Kilduff

Brittany Kilduff is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy, having received her degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF). She holds prestigious APTA Board certifications as a Sports Clinical Specialist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, demonstrating her advanced expertise and commitment to excellence in both sports and orthopedic physical therapy. In addition, Brittany is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), further enhancing her proficiency in integrating strength training principles into her practice.

Brittany’s academic journey began at Tennessee Wesleyan University, where she excelled as a collegiate softball pitcher, earning her Bachelor’s degree. Outside of her professional work, she values spending quality time with her family and friends and remains dedicated to keeping up with the latest research and practice guidelines to ensure her methods are current and evidence-based.

Her passion for fitness extends into her personal life, where she enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid participant in CrossFit. This dedication to an active lifestyle not only enriches her own life but also strengthens her ability to motivate and guide her clients toward achieving their health and performance goals
